This year's bushwalk takes place on
Sunday, 31 August 2014
on the Bandicoot trail in Mylor!
Meeting Place: Mylor Oval
Time: 10:15am for a 10:30am start
Coffee and Muffins after the walk!
The walk takes about 1.5hours.
The bushland along the Aldgate Valley Nature Walk provides habitat to dozens of species of native mammals (such as the bandicoot) birds, reptiles, fish and amphibians.
You will find more than 150 species of native plants along the walk, ranging from delicate orchids to towering Candlebark gums. At all times of the year there will be something in flower.
Unfortunately there are no dogs allowed in the section between Mylor and Aldgate Valley Reserve. Please contact Ruth on 8261 7121 if you have any queries at all.
We are looking forward to seeing you on the day for another wonderful bushwalking experience!
