6 October 2001 - The Fondue at the Swiss Farm in Kaukapakapa.

Well over 50 people enjoyed this years Fondue. The Fondue must have tasted extra ordinary as we have received a feedback for the webpage literally after the last lump of bread was gone!

Thanks to Vreni and all the helpers for that perfect evening at the little Swiss Farm.

First shooting and then prize giving. The shooting ranges (50m & 300m) up at our little Swiss Farm in Kaukapakapa are the ideal places for our young and old to participate in one of our Swiss national sports.

Stop press... Stop press... Stop press

Faxes, Phone calls and E-Mails have arrived in New Zealand soon after the Guggemusik left Auckland on the 15 February to join the Fasnächtler in Lucerne. That day, the Neue Luzerner Zeitung has become an international paper (see 1st picture). A whole page was reporting only about Peter Schuepbach and his team of 21 Kiwi Guggers who must have left a lasting impression at the city of the original Fasnacht. We are sure they all had a good time and and take home all the moments of extra special applause by the surprised folks of Lucerne.

15 February 1998

The annual Swiss Picnic in Kaukapakapa
A whole day of fun, food and Swiss musik. All the nature's elements were on our side for that day. Together with over 200 club members and friends we had a perfect picnic up at our little Swiss Farm in Kaukapakapa.

Fidel Good, the well known Swiss dairy Farmer from Waiuku sponsored a small beef... calve... little cow ... on the spit. All the proceeds went towards the building costs of the new look littleSwiss Farm.

Thanks to Fidel and all other generous sponsors of that perfect day up at the little Swiss Farm
