The Fondation Pacifique, a Geneva based non profit organisation dedicated to environment and sustainable development issues, invited Swiss members, together with the Swiss Ambassador Pedro Zwahlen, to visit the 33m-long ketch Fleur de Passion – tallest sailboat under Swiss flag – on the occasion of her arrival in Brisbane as part of The Ocean Mapping Expedition. The expedition is a 4-year journey (2015–2019) around the world in the wake of Ferdinand Magellan combining scientific, socio-educational and cultural programs.
